Short version: you pay $10, we read up to 20,000 of your unread emails and sort them, you decide what happens next. We never delete anything permanently.
A one-time pack, $10. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.
One pack analyses up to 20,000 emails. That is a firm limit rather than an estimate: we stop at 20,000 even when the pack could pay for more. We work through your mail newest-first, so if your mailbox is larger than that, the most recent mail is the mail that gets analysed, and we tell you exactly where we stopped and how much was left.
A pack can also run out of budget before it reaches 20,000, if your mail happens to be unusually expensive to analyse. Whichever comes first, the limit or the budget, analysis stops and we say so plainly rather than quietly trailing off. You are never charged again without buying another pack.
Sorting is a judgement and judgement is sometimes wrong. We show you what we propose and you approve it; we do not act on your mail unilaterally. You should review a bulk action before confirming it, particularly the first one.
We cannot guarantee that every unsubscribe succeeds. Some senders honour the one-click standard, some require you to finish on their own page and some ignore both. We report which is which rather than claiming success.
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. By starting a scan you ask us to begin immediately, and you accept that your right to withdraw ends the moment the scan starts, not when it finishes. That is the point at which the work is bought and paid for on your behalf, and it cannot be returned. If a scan fails, or if the result is not what was described here, contact us and we will refund the pack.
Gmail and Outlook, and nothing else. That includes Google Workspace addresses and Microsoft 365 addresses on those two providers. If your mail is somewhere else, the service will tell you so before you pay rather than after. We may add providers later, and we do not promise to.
Connect only a mailbox you own or are authorised to administer. Do not use the service to process someone else's mail without their knowledge.
We are liable for what the law says we are liable for and no more. Given the $10 price of a pack, our liability is limited to refunding what you paid, except where the law does not permit that limit.
